1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location. Please note that while we strive for prompt delivery, external factors with courier services may occasionally cause delays.
3. Perishable Goods Delivery
Because our products are perishable and meant to be consumed fresh:

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, spoiled, or damaged because they were left unattended after a delivery attempt, or if an incorrect delivery address was provided.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
