At Alligator Foods LLP, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our premium organic sweets. Because our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail goods.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been dispatched and delivered successfully.

2. Refunds and Replacements

We will happily issue a replacement or a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives severely damaged or tampered with.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

  • Quality Issues: If the product is found to be spoiled or defective upon immediate opening.

To claim a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or defective item alongside its original packaging.

Once we receive your claim, we will inspect the evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

3. Processing Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
